*Eutopia is a fictitious representation of architecture and urban planning

In contrast to a dystopia, it aims to depict a good place worth living in.

It differs from utopia in its claim to realisability. It is realisable and worth striving for. 

It differs from the ideal city in that it incorporates factors such as heterogeneity, individuality and chance.
