TSV Schwabmünchen has been plagued by a lack of space for years. The search for a suitable site was just as long. The initial plan was to build at the Leonhard Wagner Schools. However, these plans were discarded after lengthy consultations. Instead, the football pitch at the other end of the city was found as a building site. However, a development plan had to be drawn up here. Then came 2020 and the global upheavals of the pandemic. Nevertheless, funding and grants had to be obtained. Finally, in 2022, the project was ready for the building application.
