Construction task: Extension of a disused farm to include a residential building.

The client has a disused farm, an old barn was demolished and replaced by a head building. We have a lot of empty properties in rural areas in Bavaria. Entire farmhouses stand empty, even though living space is urgently needed. Here is a good example of Conversion of a disused farm and creation of living space for own use and letting to third parties. The traditional appearance of the Bavarian-Swabian villages with gabled houses will be preserved. (Outdoor facilities currently under construction.)
