Autohaus Bunz - Conversion and extension of an existing hall

About the project:

In general, Germany's car dealerships are moving out of the city centres in order to build on a large scale in industrial estates. The Bunz company has decided to stay at its familiar location, modernise and expand its range of services.

The aim of the project was to realise an extension right up to the edge of a steeply rising road. The neighbouring buildings and the road structure were not to be affected. The installation of the new car wash and the latest workshop technology were challenging. New car parking spaces and storage areas were also created. The amount of surface sealing remained low - significantly lower than with a new building on the periphery.

By gaining space, Bunz can significantly improve its service and put it at the service of its valued customers. Good luck for the future.
