About us

Our office was founded in 1988 by Werner and Christine Kraus.
We have been offering the following services for around 30 years:

  • Preliminary designs and feasibility studies
  • Design planning
  • Authorisation planning
  • Implementation planning
  • Tendering and awarding of construction services
  • Construction management and invoicing of construction services
  • Fire protection planning
  • Tenant integration into existing properties
  • General planning (architecture, statics, fire protection)
  • Distribution plans (for example for apartment blocks)
