Terrace - Germar's Best Burger and Pizza

The project had two objectives:

Addition of two cold rooms behind the existing kitchen.
New construction of a guest terrace facing south-west.

Today, the cold rooms can be accessed from the kitchen without steps. Food deliveries can be accepted through a new delivery entrance and chilled immediately. A good dozen tables can be catered for outside on the terrace. The guests are protected from the sun and rain thanks to the foil roofing.
