About the project:
In Bavaria's small towns, the trend is towards more and more new residential and commercial areas on the outskirts of towns. Where the entrances to towns are already built up, new building areas are being designated. Meanwhile, the old town centres are becoming increasingly deserted. This makes it all the more pleasing for us to be able to build here in the town centre. In the direct neighbourhood of the Stadtgarten and Geyerburg, 2×8 condominiums with underground parking are to be built.
There were two dilapidated settlers' houses with disused commercial buildings on the site. Where they had not already been demolished, the buildings were neglected.
As the floor area figures for the existing and new buildings are balanced, the land sealing remains neutral.
We offer future residents the following design qualities:
- 16 flats, 12 of which have daylight bathrooms
- Stepless access to all flats
- Both buildings with disabled-accessible and sound-decoupled lift
- All flats with outdoor seating (terrace or balcony)
- Balconies with small utility room
- Children's room with approx. 13.5 square metres and double-sided exposure
- French balconies in front of living rooms and flower windows in front of bathroom and kitchen (herb balcony)
- All flats with storage room or walk-in wardrobe
- In the courtyard over approx. 60 square metres of vegetation area on topsoil for tree and shrub planting
- 8 above-ground parking spaces in the courtyard
- Underground car park with 17 parking spaces
- Ramp to the underground car park with convenient width and incline
- Numerous above-ground bicycle parking spaces
- Personal bike cellar in the basement (access via ramp).
- Space for pushchairs near the lift
- and much more.
